THE PROBLEM

Developer work gets fragmented across too many tools.

Modern software teams often switch between repositories, task managers and documentation tools. Documentation can become outdated, while writing unit tests is time-consuming and often neglected. DevBoost was designed around reducing context switching and supporting better development habits in one place.

One prototype for repository insight, documentation and AI-assisted development support.

Leading the team while contributing technically.

Helped shape the solution around the hackathon problem statement and prioritize what could be demonstrated within the available time.

Coordinated a three-member team, divided responsibilities and kept the prototype aligned around a single workflow.

A functional prototype, not a production claim.

DevBoost was developed as part of Future Ready Hackathon 2025. It demonstrates the core idea and workflows, but production usage would still require stronger scalability, security, deployment and operational hardening.
